SHIPPING COST

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
Junuvo CBD Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S


REGULAR SHIPPING:
Shipping cost will be calculated at the end of check out. We ship our products via priority mail and regular ground shipping. Depending on your choice of shipping, ground shipping generally takes 2-7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door. In additional, depending on your physical address and geography, merchant shipment time can extend out to be between 2-14 business days.

If more than 14 days have passed please email us at support@junuvo.net to review the status of your order.

If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm MST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us.


PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Customer satisfaction is our priority . All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. On damaged products during shipping, seller will be for the cost of return shipping.


GENERAL RETURN SHIPPING:
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

RETURN POLICY:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  1. Returns are allowed within 14 days.
  2. All refunds require Return merchandise authorization (RMA)
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. It must also be in the original packaging.
  5. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  6. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  7. Disposition of unopened refunded products to be decided.
  8. There is a 20% restocking fee for all product returns.
  9. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  10. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, but once received every effort must be made to handle the refund same day.

REFUNDS:
14 DAY RETURN POLICY
CONDITION:
Items returned must be in new, unopened condition in order to receive full credit. Items purchased and then used (even once) are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
PROCEDURE:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, , i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, PO, etc. within 24 hours of final approval. If 14 days have passed, and you still have not received your refund, please email us at support@junuvo.net or call us directly.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENT (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@junuvo.net . Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
